The 3-day SOAR Leadership Academy (LA) will prepare individuals to be SOAR Local Leads whose roles will complement those of SOAR Trainers and State Team Leads. The Alliance's capacity-building experts have been working with the organizations as part of its Learning Collaborative Initiative since October 17, 2013 in an effort to assist them in placing as many homeless families as possible in permanent housing.
