Third and Fourth Quarter HOPWA Performance Profiles Now Available HUD has posted HOPWA Performance Profiles for the third and fourth quarters of the Program Year 2012 – 2013. HOPWA performance profiles are generated for all agencies receiving HOPWA formula or competitive grants. Performance Profiles are available at the national level and by individual grantee.
