Today, HUD Field staff heard a presentation on COC performance measurement by Norm Suchar, Director of HUD’s SNAP Office. It’s important to understand that the measurement describes an assessment of the COC OVERALL and not on a project-by-project basis. Future NOFA’s will contain references to these measurements, so I encourage all COCs to read the attachments and visit the HUD webpage link below.
