Monitoring for CPD Programs Page Now Available HUD is excited to announce the launch of the Community Planning and Development (CPD) Program Monitoring page on the HUD Exchange. The CPD Monitoring page provides information and resources to CPD grantees and CPD Field Office staff to assist in preparing for a HUD monitoring review, conducting a self-review, or monitoring subrecipients and other partners.
