Funding Up to $5 Million Available to Establish a Center of Excellence for Protected Health Information Related to Mental and Substance Use Disorders SAMHSA is accepting applications for funding to create a Center of Excellence for Protected Health Information Related to Mental and Substance Use Disorders. The purpose of this program is to establish one national center of excellence to develop and disseminate materials on privacy laws and regulations. SAMHSA plans to issue up to $5 million for the program by funding one grantee up to $1 million per year for up to 5 years. The application due date is August 17, 2018 by 11:59 p.m. (ET).
