These maps depict the geographic boundaries for HUD's CoC areas by year. To find a 2015 CoC Map: Visit the HUD Exchange About Grantees page. Search for a CoC, for example “AL-500.” Once on a CoC page, select "View Jurisdiction Map" on the right side of the page to view the CoC level map as well as the state level map(s).
