2015 CoC Maps Posted

The 2015 Continuum of Care (CoC) Maps have been posted on the HUD Exchange. These maps depict the geographic boundaries for HUD's CoC areas by year. To find a 2015 CoC Map:
- Search for a CoC, for example “AL-500.”
- Once on a CoC page, select "View Jurisdiction Map" on the right side of the page to view the CoC level map as well as the state level map(s).
