Please update all of your clients in HMIS by 9/30/14.  Listed below are some notes, and I will discuss in more detail at tomorrow's team meeting. End of year 3 data required by VA on 9/30/14, 11:59pm     Exit all inactive clients (see NULL exit report) if some clients still active at end of month, do NOT Exit; proceed w/normal workflow       If clients not updated/exited by 9/30/14, major data conflicts will occur due to updated 2014 HMIS Data Standards by HUD and VA due to year 3 data requirements vs. year 4     Jason Burns ,   MCSE Systems Administrator           HMIS Support Team           hmisadmin.com            443.574.HMIS
