Chronic Homelessness In America - Our Progress, Essential Strategies, and the Work Ahead PIT Data Spotlight: Chronic Homelessness and the Work Ahead Communities across America reported in their annual Point-in-Time counts that they had reduced chronic homelessness among people with disabilities by 27% since 2010 and by 7% between 2015 and 2016 alone.
