Baltimore County Shelter Request for Proposals

Please be advised that the County is soliciting proposals for the operation of the Eastside Shelter, located in the new Eastern Family Resource Center; including the Eastside Women and Family Shelter, the Eastside Men's Shelter, and the Eastside Transitional Shelter, as well as the Westside Men's Shelter in Catonsville and Hannah More Shelter in Reisterstown.  The Request for Proposals (RFP) has been posted on Baltimore County Purchasing Division's Website.  The information regarding the solicitation is listed below, and attached is the actual solicitation.  You can go to Purchasing's website and look under current solicitations to the one titled Emergency/Transitional Shelter.  There you will be able to access the budget docs in a fillable format. The Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) is holding a question and answer (Q&A) webinar for all State and Entitlement grantees on best practices for successful set up of the Action Plan in the eCon Planning Suite . It will review the process, timing, and steps required to complete amendments. The webinar will include demonstrations of amending the Consolidated Plan and Action Plan in Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) and creating a new Annual Action Plan (AAP) by using the Copy function. Following the presentation, participants will be able to submit questions to HUD and technical assistance providers regarding the eCon Planning Suite and Consolidated Plan process.
