Deadline Approaching: Report Your SOAR Outcomes!

2019 SOAR Outcomes Collection Data Submission Deadline: Wednesday, July 31, 2019 Next week's deadline for reporting your outcomes is fast approaching! Remember, the SAMHSA SOAR TA Center is collecting outcomes on SOAR-assisted adult SSI/SSDI cases and SOAR-assisted child SSI cases (initials and appeals) that were decided between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019. If you haven't yet done so, please check your SOAR Online Application Tracking (OAT) account ( https://soartrack.prainc.com ) and ensure that you have entered all of your SOAR-assisted SSI/SSDI cases, both approvals and denials. If you are not sure which method your state uses to collect outcomes, please contact your State Team Lead. Remember that every approval is a life transformed.
