The Virtual Lifetime Electronic Record (VLER) Health program shares important parts of your Veteran health record between the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and your community health care providers who participate in this program. This sharing of information allows your health care providers to access important information about your health, so they can provide you the best possible care. This exchange occurs over a secure and private network known as the eHealth Exchange. HUD Data Center Power Outage - June 21, 2016 at 2:35 PM EDT The HUD Data Center experienced a power outage due to inclement weather at approximately 2:35 PM EDT today, June 21, 2016, which is affecting systems including all CPD Systems. Until this issue is resolved, users will not be able to access IDIS Online, HEROS, DRGR, and e-snaps . Thank you for your patience while HUD works to restore the Data Center back to full power.

NSP - Grant Closeout This summer, HUD is launching a concerted effort to close out Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) grants for grantees who have met the grant closeout criteria. These guidelines were established in the Notice of NSP Closeout Requirements and Recapture (NSP Closeout Notice, Federal Register November 27, 2012) and the Closeout Instructions for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Programs Grants (CPD Notice 14-02) .
