A Grants Portal to Request Public Assistance reimbursement has been established by the Maryland Emergency Management Agency (MEMA). Grants Portal is the gateway for Public Assistance reimbursement and Private Nonprofits (PNPs) seeking Public Assistance reimbursement must do so through Grants Portal. Grants Portal for the COVID-19 Emergency Declaration is accepting applications until Sunday, April 12, 2020, so we recommend you review as soon as possible.
