SOAR 2015 Outcomes Data Collection

August - 2015 2015 SOAR Outcomes Data Collection Data Submission Deadline: Friday, August 28, 2015 It's that time again! The SAMHSA SOAR TA Center is collecting outcomes on SSI/SSDI applications (initial and appeal) with decisions in FY 2015 (July 1, 2014 -June 30, 2015).         You may disregard this email IF either of these statements are true for you: Your state is using OAT to track outcomes and you have already entered ALL of your data!  You have already submitted your outcomes to your SOAR State or Local Lead!  Our thanks, appreciation and a gold star are headed your way!     If you have not submitted your outcomes we are asking for you to PLEASE send us those reports!     We are collecting outcomes from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015 ONLY. If you have NEVER reported to us before, then please report all the outcomes you have. Be sure to include the dates the outcomes represent
