CASE STUDY: Ending youth homelessness with a new approach to data As a WellSky customer, one of the most powerful tools you have to help end homelessness is your community of fellow users. This week we're sharing an example of how Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO) in Austin, TX is using data in unique ways as part of its Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) . ECHO's YHDP collects many quality of life measures not typically part of an HMIS — including safety, coping mechanisms, and relationships — and addresses those factors in novel ways.
