DHCD PPE Needs Survey To our valued partners: In response to national and statewide efforts to contain the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are inviting you to complete this survey to enable us to provide support to providers in need of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for shelters, street outreach and other critical services to vulnerable populations. Presently the state of Maryland is working hard to address PPE shortages to protect our essential community providers. While there are national shortages of PPE and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet all needs, we are collecting information to assist in triaging provider needs and providing PPE where it is needed the most as shortages are addressed and supplies become available.
