Attention Collaborative Applicants: Issue with FY 2014 CoC Priority Listing HUD is aware that some Collaborative Applicants are experiencing an issue with importing project applications to the FY 2014 CoC Priority Listing. HUD is working with the developers to quickly determine the cause of this issue and the corrective action needed for full resolution. A listserv message will be released once the issue has been resolved and the FY 2014 CoC Priority Listing is fully functional. We appreciate your patience as we work through this technical issue.

This District of Columbia is experiencing some difficulty with the Project Priority Listing (in particular: screen 7B, the CoC Renewal Project Listing) in e-snaps, and I am writing to see if anyone is running in to the same problem and to suggest checking on the issue on your end as well. We have submitted around 30 applications in the last 72 hours, none of which are showing up on 7B (despite hitting the “Update List” button on the screen). All projects submitted before this past Friday are showing up but none submitted since are showing. Prior to Friday, anything submitted showed up almost instantaneously on 7B. If you’ve experienced the same thing, I’d appreciate any thoughts on how to correct this. We have submitted a Help Desk question but have not received a response yet. Thanks, Tom Tom Fredericksen Chief of Policy & Programs The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness (D.C. CoC)
