As part of the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development's Statewide Housing Needs Assessment and 10-year Strategic Plan, we invite you to participate in one or both of the below mentioned focus groups via teleconference. The Housing Needs Assessment will be a data-driven picture of the housing needs facing Marylanders over the next 10 years. It will include a menu of recommendations, including new tools at the state and local levels to better serve Marylanders. About the Focus Group The Housing Needs Assessment and 10-Year Strategic Plan aims to incorporate perspectives from across the state. An important component is to speak directly with organizations and institutions that are actively involved in the State's rental market and program delivery, through a series of focus groups. The updated roadmap reflects organizational goals, required compliance changes and our commitment to improving the product based on customer feedback. Major near-term items include continued Unit Manager improvements, Conditional Logic improvements, Qlik Sense security and visibility, transitioning ART Gallery reports into Qlik Sense, System Performance Measures reports, SDOH fields and other items.
