Stu had great passion for his work as our Homeless Outreach Director. Since 2000 Stu led the way in providing services to individuals and families that were homeless in Baltimore County. He shared his philosophy, “where the rubber meets the road,” as the mantra that guides the daily work of Prologue’s Homeless Outreach Team as they journey throughout the county meeting people in need of services wherever they are – in campsites, shelters and on the streets. We mourn his loss and celebrate his memory because he gave so much to all of us. A memorial service will be held to celebrate Stu’s life.  His wife, Beverly Marlowe Hancock , welcomes
