COC Performance Measurement

Today, HUD Field staff heard a presentation on COC performance measurement by Norm Suchar, Director of HUD’s SNAP Office. It’s important to understand that the measurement describes an assessment of the COC OVERALL and not on a project-by-project basis. Future NOFA’s will contain references to these measurements, so I encourage all COCs to read the attachments and visit the HUD webpage link below. The files transmit the following System Measures PowerPoint Presentation: The first link is to the System Measures page on the HUD Exchange. https://www.hudexchange.info/programs/coc/system-performance-measures/ The second link is to a very brief document that describes the intent of the measures. https://www.hudexchange.info/resources/documents/system-performance-measures-in-context.pdf Ann M.
