As per the year round shelter stats below, the Baltimore County, MD CoC dramatically increased the rate of clients exiting shelters to permanent housing to 83% in FY19 ( up from 27% in FY11 )!!!  T he CoC leveraged their homeless data from FY08 - FY10 to justify the need for additional homeless services funding from their local, state, and federal partners.  The additional funding allowed them to provide more shelter case management and rapid re-housing, which in turn produced significant increases in "Exits from Shelter to Permanent Housing."
