In the News: Putting Housing First into Action Broward County, Florida, is one of the many communities in which the Alliance’s Center for Capacity Building has worked with officials to transform homeless services. The goal is to make Broward’s emergency shelters low-barrier, Housing First, and focused on ending homelessness. Broward County is rolling out its plan now.
