New HoH Relationship Resource Available

WellSky important update The Universal Data Element "Relationship to Head of Household" is a critical component of data collection and reporting for HUD and all the Federal Partners. WellSky will set this field to "required" in Community Services 5.14.7 (available in the next few weeks) to help improve accuracy in data entry and reporting.  WellSky created a new resource, "Relationship to Head of Household Guidance v1", that is available now in the "HACS 2022 HUD Data Standards" and "HACS HUD Documentation" folders in the Client Library. ART Gallery Update

WellSky important update WellSky has updated an ART Gallery Report with the following changes: 0629 - Housing Inventory Count - v19 Updated with 2022 HUD Data Dictionary changes. Please note that in order to review the Chronic/Veteran/Youth inventory information you will need to either run the "REQ101 Housing Inventory Count – v3" sheet in Qlik Sense or use ReportWriter in Community Services. This is documented in the 0629 User Manual. WellSky also recommends running the "REQ102 Project Descriptor Data Elements - v01" sheet in Qlik Sense to check for any provider data quality issues before running the 0629 ART Gallery report. ART Rebuild Failures

WellSky important update WellSky has learned that we had an issue with ART rebuilds last night during our maintenance window. All of the affected rebuilds have been restarted. You can check to see if you received your nightly rebuild by checking the "Last Warehouse Build" date/time information in the ART browser. WellSky will review our maintenance procedures to minimize future impacts to ART and BusinessObjects 4.3 builds. Please note that this impacts both ART and BusinessObjects 4.3 builds. The BusinessObjects 4.3 builds will restart once the ART build has finished for the impacted sites. Please note scheduled report runs will be delayed until these ART rebuilds finish. HUD System Performance Measures Update

WellSky important update System Performance Measures submission period began on October 1, 2021 and will end on February 28, 2022.  CoC's will use a combination of Provider (canned) reports and ART Gallery reports for this year's System Performance Measure reporting submission. WellSky important update WellSky has updated an ART Gallery Report with the following changes: 0630a - Sheltered-Unsheltered PIT 2022 - v28 Updated with 2022 HUD Data Dictionary changes and inclusion of SSVF RRH Emergency Housing Assistance (EHA) clients. Please note that in order for SSVF RRH EHA clients to be counted as Emergency Shelter clients in the PIT report the data must be entered via a specific workflow in Community Services. This is documented in the 0630a User Manual. Please also note that we will be retiring the "0630" version of the report in the near future and it will not be updated with these changes. LSA Update

WellSky important update WellSky has updated the LSA export in Community Services as of 11:15 AM Central on February 11, 2022 . This update includes HUD Sample Code updates to address Error Flag 448-1 and an update to the method for calculating bed nights created as Service Transactions for Emergency Shelter Night By Night projects which addresses Warning flags 851 and 852.    Due to the applied HUD Sample Code change and change to the WellSky LSA export code, WellSky strongly recommends that each CoC generate a new LSA export for upload into HDX 2.0.  This recommendation does not apply to CoC's that have already cleared all of their Error and Warning flags.    Updates on other common flags for WellSky CoC's: Flag 779 (and other flags related to Head of Household and Clie...
