HUD Publishes FAQ on Section 221(d)(3) Limits for 2013 HUD has published the following FAQ: Q: Where can I find the 221(d)(3) limits for 2013? A: Starting in 2013, Section 221(d)(3) program limits will no longer be calculated and published by HUD due to the elimination of the 221(d)(3) Mortgage Program. The HOME statute and the HOME regulation at 24 CFR 92.250(a) limit the amount of HOME funds that a PJ may invest in a HOME-assisted unit. The maximum HOME per-unit subsidy limit is set at the basic Section 221(d)(3)(ii) mortga...

IDIS 11.7 Release Notification The 11.7 system release for IDIS Online will occur this Friday, February 28, 2014 starting at 9:00 PM ET. View the IDIS Online 11.7 Release Notes and the IDIS Online 11.7 Release Notes for the HEROS Module which describe the changes that will go live in the system on March 3 as a result of the release. The release notes will also be posted in the News section in IDIS Online after deployment.

The Budget Proposal is expected to be released on Tuesday, March 4. The Budget Proposal reflects the Administration's funding priorities for the upcoming fiscal year and is meant to provide information and recommendations to Congress as it moves through the federal appropriations process.   The webinar will provide an overview of the federal budget process and an analysis of the President's FY 2015 Budget Proposal.
