HMIS UPDATE: Read-Only User Licenses (Apply by 9/19/14, 11:59pm)

  As most of you know, we've recently upgraded to the most recent version of ServicePoint, which now includes Read-Only licenses!  Please review the notes below, and let us know if you have any questions and/or concerns.  We're always glad to assist! LICENSE TYPE : Read-Only ServicePoint User Licenses (may not add, delete, or edit client information). PURPOSE : Typically used by provider administrative staff and/or directors/supervisors to view specific client profiles, attachments, case notes, incidents, service history, progress, etc.   AVAILABILITY : Limited availability.  Assignment priority based on recent HMIS participation/performance, and client/service volume. REQUIREMENTS :  Approval from provider director/supervisor is required.  HMIS Client confidentiality and data security training is required.  Must use the license at least once every 90 days.  As with all of our HMIS user licenses, users that do not...
