April 2016 SAMHSA Expands Wellness Initiative with the Program to Achieve Wellness The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) Office of Consumer Affairs has announced its newest wellness effort, the Program to Achieve Wellness. Operated by Policy Research Associates, Inc. in Delmar, New York, the Program to Achieve Wellness (PAW) facilitates and promotes the implementation of wellness best- and promising-practices for people with mental and/or substance use disorders. Repository Users, Unfortunately, the technical issues with the Repository server that prevented us from sending you the second round of DQ Reports last month are ongoing. As a result, we are not able to send DQ Reports this month until this is resolved. We are working on a resolution, but as of now we do not have a definitive time frame for when it will be resolved. Until then, you should continue to use any data quality reports available to you through your HMIS software to work through any data quality issues identified.
