Request for Proposals: For Consulting Services for the Development of a Database for the County's Homeless Management Information System
|
The County of Westchester (the "County") Department of Social Services is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide services to develop a database that will serve as the central data repository and integration tool for existing and future data and databases concerning the homeless. This database will be used to provide analysis of trends, identification of gaps in services, and identification of mobility patterns among homeless people, with the goal of providing the County with a better understanding of the homeless population in the County. If and when this database is completed, the County will require services for the subsequent operation, management, and coordination of the database, as well as services for any additional development that is required in the course of the subsequent operation, management, and coordination of the database.
