Reminder - HOPWA Technical Assistance Procedure

HOPWA Grantees and Project Sponsors:
I am pleased to inform you of the availability of several pathways to assistance with the management of your HOPWA program. Access to these resources is provided through the OneCPD Resource Exchange.
I. “Ask A Question” - provides simple and quick access to answers related to any aspect of your HOPWA program administration and implementation. Grantees and project sponsors can submit questions directly at OneCPD Ask A Question. While response times vary due to volume and the nature of the specific question asked, most questions are answered within 2-3 business days.
II. “Request Technical Assistance” - provides access to both on-call technical assistance and on-site technical assistance. On-call technical assistance provides access to up to 16 hours of remote technical assistance to address complex HOPWA program management issues. On-site technical assistance is provided if on-call technical assistance is not sufficient to address a complex HOPWA program management issue.
Grantees may submit a technical assistance request through the OneCPD TA Portal. Interested project sponsors should connect with their HOPWA grantee to pursue this resource. Grantees should work in partnership with project sponsors to coordinate project sponsor technical assistance requests.
Note: You must have a OneCPD account in order to submit a TA request. To create an account click on “Create Account” on the OneCPD login page.
III. "Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)" - provides access to commonly asked questions and answers regarding the HOPWA program. Grantees and project sponsors can view FAQs on the HOPWA FAQs page.
If you have any questions regarding accessing these HOPWA features through the OneCPD Resource Exchange, please contact Benjamin Ayers at Benjamin.L.Ayers@hud.gov or 202-402-2201.
Thank you,
William Rudy
