How to Access HMIS Report Cards and Graphs
Please view the instructions below for accessing the monthly online HMIS Report Cards.
- Open your Chrome or Firefox browser (Internet Explorer never recommended for anything) and type hmisadmin.com in the address bar
- Hover over the "Resources" link at the top of the page and select your CoC/Agency
- Select one of the report cards (see screenshot below)
