Report Cards - Monthly report cards are posted on our hmisadmin.com site. Due to recent HMIS data standard changes by HUD+HHS+VA, all providers are exempt from our data policies on this report period, but are expected to be in compliance by the end of this month (11/30/14) for all data entered during your current fiscal year. Any concerns will be addressed at our next two user forums listed below. Please select a date and time, then register. Thank you.
