HMIS Case Notes

The "HMIS Case Notes" section is available on the Entry Assessment, Update Assessment (Interim Reviews), and Exit Assessment.  Do not use the built-in "Client Case Notes" on the Profile tab, as you cannot see it on the Entry, Update, or Exit assessments.

FEATURES:

1. Each case note may "locked" 
2. Attach files to individual case notes
3. Print individual case notes (with client + case mgr signatures + dates).
