NDRC Alert: Mandatory Submission of MID-URN Summary Checklist for Phase 1 Competition HUD will be posting to grants.gov a Technical Correction to the National Disaster Resilience Competition (NDRC) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) that incorporates the MID-URN Summary Checklist as a mandatory submission requirement for the competition in Phase 1. Conforming changes have been made in other NOFA Appendices (such as the Crosswalk Checklist) as necessary. The Technical Correction also makes other changes to correct miscellaneous formatting and terminology errors. Applicants will need to complete and submit a MID-URN Summary Checklist for each proposed target area for grant expenditure in their application.
