Transitions in Transitional Housing: Let's Talk GPD - 2015 NCHV Veterans Access to Housing Summit

Transitions in Transitional Housing: Let's Talk GPD - 2015 NCHV Veterans Access to Housing Summit
Schedule now available, register now before discounted room block sells out!
The Grant and Per Diem (GPD) program is a critical component of the services network ending veteran homelessness across the country. At this year’s Veterans Access to Housing Summit, we will focus in on how GPD integrates with other community resources, to include SSVF, HUD-VASH, and the CoC, to best serve veterans experiencing homelessness.
Interactive sessions with national leaders and local agencies who have mastered this integration will give you ample opportunity to share your agency’s perspective and challenges with integrating GPD into the services continuum. We want to ensure this vital resource continues to be a critical component of the rapid re-housing continuum connecting every homeless veteran to the housing and services he needs to obtain and maintain stability.
Your agency has been a leader in this movement since the beginning... will you lead us into a new era of services?

The 2015 NCHV Veterans Access to Housing Summit, "The Drive to December", will be held Oct. 5-6 at the Grand Hyatt Washington in Washington, D.C.
Space at this event is limited, and no walk up registrations will be accepted. Please plan ahead to ensure you are able to attend. Stay tuned to the NCHV Veterans Access to Housing Summit webpage for the latest updates!
