Looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our friendly and talented team of professionals at Bitfocus, Inc.

As a Project Manager, you will be expected to become a subject matter expert on Clarity Human Services Software functionality, and the business that it supports. You will work closely with clients, other analysts, developers and management on identifying and resolving complex software and business problems, development and preparation of information products, and be responsible for the execution of various projects. You will manage ongoing analysis of Continuum of Care coordination efforts, federal reporting requirements, partner agency data , and special projects data obtained from a variety of sources. You will will be expected to take a proactive approach to client service and problem-solving, identifying potential client issues or challenges before they become significant problems and bringing them to the attention of the team.
What you'll do:
• Troubleshoot and investigate software and business process issues reported by clients or colleagues
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email or through our on-line ticketing system
• Adhere to internal and contractual Service Level Agreements; maintain company standards of excellence
• Develop agreements and contracts with clients for customizations and reports
• Analyze human service data from conceptualization through presentation of the data
• Thoughtfully evaluate data and deliver information products based on analysis
• Deliver data products in report/presentation format, or verbally, to customer specifications and timelines
• Work with customers to develop and understand product specifications.
• Develop appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data products
• Gather and document requirements for new features, information products and functionality
• Test new features and functionality, and write clear and detailed accompanying notes
• Be the technical resource for user documentation creation and updates
• Act as primary liaison for specific clients and become familiar with their business processes and needs
• Work with team to anticipate the needs of clients
• Manage regular calendar projects or new feature implementations as assigned
• Create/Design/Review data reports to ensure accuracy and quality assurance
• Lead demos and training sessions for new or existing functionality
• Act as a liaison between our firm, our customer, and community partners
What we'd love you to bring:
• Experience administering or using a Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• A strong analytical background
• Adaptable and able to effectively multi-task • Ability to handle both in person and electronic project assignments
• Proficiency with analytical tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication competency
• Demonstrably computer proficient, numerate and adept at learning new and complex software applications
• Work both independently and as part of a team using Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Strong 'Plain English' writing skills • Comfortable presenting/speaking to medium/large groups
Preferred Software Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Crosstabs, Pivots, Formulas) SSRS, R and other statistical analysis tools experience a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases a plus, but not a requirement.

Compensation/Benefits:
  • Compensation DOE ($50 - $60k range)
  • Full-time employment (40 hrs a week)
