The AIRS Taxonomy update for your ServicePoint site has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 7th at 4:00am(CST). You can find an AIRS Taxonomy crosswalk and information on how updating the AIRS taxonomy affects your site via the Customer Information Portal. Once logged into the Portal, click on "Documents" from the left navigation menu, then proceed to the ServicePoint > AIRS Taxonomy category to find the relevant information.
This Taxonomy update will also be applied to CommuntyPoint 5 sites on Wednesday, December 7th. While your CommunityPoint site will remain online and available, some service-related functionality may work intermittently while the update is being performed.
If you are remote hosted, please contact your CSS to schedule your site to be updated with the latest AIRS taxonomy codes.
