Moises Loza is retiring from the Housing Assistance Council (HAC). Loza was with HAC for nearly 45 years, 28 as executive director. Prior to that he served at HUD and the USDA Rural Housing Service and on many boards including National Hispanic Housing Council, Rural Development Leadership Network, and National Low Income Housing Coalition.


Anne McCulloch steps in as CEO of Housing Partnership Equity Trust, the nation's first affordable housing real estate investment trust sponsored by nonprofits. McCulloch previously served as senior vice president of credit and housing access at Fannie Mae, and she has worked at HUD and the FDIC.
