Registration is open for the First National Symposium on Solutions to End Youth Homelessness.The symposium, hosted by Point Source Youth in collaboration with the McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research and the NYU Silver School of Social Work, will be held at New York University June 19-20.

The release of the Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) registration notice often marks a stressful time for communities. It begins the process of rigorous examination of data, assessment of priorities, and ultimately the need to make tough decisions at the program and system level. While we at the Alliance recognize that this can be challenging, we believe the NOFA process provides an opportunity too.
It is with great sadness that we share the news that former Washington Gov. Mike Lowry, Alliance Board Co-Chairman, five-term Member of the US House of Representatives, and longtime advocate forhousing, environmental and other progressive causes, died Monday.
