  • Performance Measures Presentation by Team HMIS
    • At this upcoming meeting, Team HMIS will present performance measures and expectations for homeless projects.
    • All HMIS users and participating agencies are strongly encouraged to attend.
               
  • Homeless Roundtable Member Listserv
    • Please carefully review our contact list (sorted by agency).
      • If your staff/colleagues are not listed, and wish to join, have them complete our online form.
      • We do not add new contacts that are hand written on meeting sign-in sheets or emailed to us.  All new members must complete online form.
