Upcoming Customer Support Portal Transition
We are excited to announce our upcoming transition to a new and improved customer support portal, scheduled for the end of this month. This new portal, known as Mediware Customer Community, is part of our overall strategy to provide you with more streamlined access to support and information, and increase the quality of our customer care.
The notable improvements in the Mediware Customer Community are:

  • A modern look and feel
  • An enhanced and more intuitive tool for case tracking and communication with your Customer Care Specialist
  • Improvements to the categorization, navigation, and search ability of documents
  • A new and improved way to track and share ideas for product improvement

Additionally, the Mediware Customer Community will provide enhanced internal tools to help us monitor and improve the quality and performance of our customer care operations.
