SP 5.12.47 Is Now Available
ServicePoint 5.12.47 contains the remainder of the 2017 HUD Data Dictionary updates, which include:
  • 2.2 Project Identifiers – Additional Changes
  • 2.7 Bed and Unit Inventory – Data Mapping
  • 3.20 Housing Move in Date – Mapped Answer Visibility Correction
  • 4.5 to 4.10 Disabilities – Inactivated Questions
  • 4.12 Contact – Inactivated Question
  • R13 Family Critical Issues – Retired Questions
  • R18 Counseling – Inactivated and New Questions
  • R20 Aftercare Plans – Inactivated and New Questions
  • V6 VAMC Station Number – Answer Mapping
  • New 2017 Assessments for Easy Data Collection
If you have reports due by 9/30/2017 we recommend running/submitting these reports before upgrading. If you don't have any reports due by 9/30/2017 then you are welcome to upgrade at your convenience.
*Note: we will release a version soon that includes updates to the PATH, AHAR, ESG CAPER, CoC APR, and SSVF Reports and exports to accommodate the 2017 Data Dictionary changes. As directed by HUD and the VA, the SSVF export format has not changed in this version, and will still be used for the October 9th submission. The November SSVF submission will use an updated format which will be available in a future ServicePoint update.

Your Customer Care Analyst can provide you with credentials if you do not already have access to this demo site.
Release notes can be found in the Libraries area of the Mediware Customer Community. As a reminder, you can also find several supplemental documents related to the 2017 Data Dictionary changes in the Mediware Customer Community libraries, using the "2017 Data Dictionary" tag.
This version will not be automatically be applied to ServicePoint sites, and must be scheduled with your Customer Care Analyst.
