Baltimore County Shelter Request for Proposals
Please be advised that the County is soliciting proposals for the operation of the Eastside Shelter, located in the new Eastern Family Resource Center; including the Eastside Women and Family Shelter, the Eastside Men's Shelter, and the Eastside Transitional Shelter, as well as the Westside Men's Shelter in Catonsville and Hannah More Shelter in Reisterstown. The Request for Proposals (RFP) has been posted on Baltimore County Purchasing Division's Website. The information regarding the solicitation is listed below, and attached is the actual solicitation. You can go to Purchasing's website and look under current solicitations to the one titled Emergency/Transitional Shelter. There you will be able to access the budget docs in a fillable format.
