Submittal Deadline Reminders: 2018 HIC and PIT Count Data and FY 2017 System Performance Measures Report

Continuums of Care (CoCs) are in the process of submitting their 2018 HIC and PIT count data and FY 2017 System Performance Measure data in HUD’s Homelessness Data Exchange (HDX) and must submit their data based on the following deadlines:

2018 Housing Inventory Count (HIC) and Point-in-Time (PIT) count data must be submitted by Monday, April 30, 2018 8:00 PM EDT.
Fiscal year (FY) 2017 System Performance Measures Report data must be submitted by Thursday, May 31, 2018 8:00 PM EDT.

Meeting the data submission deadlines for the HIC and PIT Count and the System Performance Measures Report has historically been considered by HUD in the annual CoC Program Competition. CoCs should consider the amount of time it may take to compile and enter information needed to meet the 2018 reporting deadlines and requirements.
