It's Time to Collect SOAR Outcomes!

2018 SOAR Outcomes Collection Data Submission Deadline: Tuesday, July 31, 2018 It's that time of year again! The SAMHSA SOAR TA Center is collecting outcomes on SSI/SSDI initial applications and appeals with decision dates in FY 2018 (July 1, 2017 -June 30, 2018). If you are not sure which method your state uses to collect outcomes, please contact your State Team Lead.
