GET CERTIFIED
Following our 2019 Summit you can stay and earn your Certification on Human Trafficking (CHT) for Runaway and Homeless Youth Providers. In partnership with the McCain Institute, National Network for Youth has created the CHT. This one-day certification training is designed for direct service providers working at runaway and homeless youth programs. Both skill and knowledge-based, the training focuses on how to identify at-risk youth, connect youth who have been trafficked to services, and arrange specialized care. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter to receive announcements about this certification.

Registration Opens in September!

The sixth annual National Summit on Youth Homelessness in Washington, DC will be held March 18 – 19, 2019. This one-of-a-kind event focuses exclusively on how government agencies, policymakers, young leaders, service providers and other experts can partner together to prevent and respond to youth homelessness.
The Summit offers the chance to learn about federal policy developments in the current political environment of both the U.S. Congress and the Administration. NN4Y will facilitate our annual discussion among federal agencies to learn more about their own work to address youth homelessness and encourage them to take targeted and systemic actions. This promises to be an interactive and dynamic two-day event.

Who Should Attend?

You! As tireless advocates and allies for young people, you can use the Summit to learn about emerging practices and network with colleagues from across the country. What's more, you'll have the unique opportunity to meet one-on-one with lawmakers to advocate for effective federal policies and youth-appropriate resources. We hope to see you there!
