HUD recently released Version 3.1 of the
Project Rating and Ranking Tool to correct programming errors and include minor functionality improvements. The main programming correction is to the movement of projects between Tier 1 and Tier 2 in the Funding Analysis + Ranking tab. A list of changes from version 3.0 to version 3.1 has been added to the About the Tool tab. CoCs can migrate data from version 3.0 to version 3.1 using the same migration instructions as moving data from version 2.3 to version 3.0.
