FY 2018 CoC Program Competition – Deadline Reminder: 4 Days Remaining with Special Message for CoCs in Actual or Projected Major Disaster Areas
There are 4 days remaining until the application submission deadline for the FY 2018 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition. Unless you have received an extension from HUD, the FY 2018 CoC Consolidated Applications, that includes the CoC Application and CoC Priority Listing with all project applications either approved and ranked or rejected, are due Tuesday, September 18, 2018 by 8:00 PM EDT.
The CoC Application and the CoC Priority Listing are separate submissions in e-snaps; therefore, Collaborative Applicants must ensure that both the CoC Application and the CoC Priority Listing, that includes all project applications either approved and ranked or rejected, are submitted in e-snaps prior to the application submission deadline of September 18, 2018 by 8:00 PM EDT.
HUD anticipates 376 CoC Consolidated Application submissions by the September 18, 2018 deadline of 5:00 PM EDT.
HUD strongly recommends that Collaborative Applicants submit their applications as soon as possible before the deadline. See Section VI. Application and Submission Information of the FY 2018 CoC Program Competition NOFA for application submission and timely receipt requirements for the FY 2018 CoC Program Competition.
CoCs Actually or Projected to be Affected by a Major Disaster

Section VII.A of the FY 2018 CoC Program Competition NOFA provides “Based on the timing and the extent of the major disaster, HUD may extend the application deadline for the affected CoC(s).”
