The Certificate on Human Trafficking (CHT) for Runaway and Homeless Youth Providers is a partnership of the McCain Institute and National Network for Youth. This one-day certificate training is designed for direct service providers working at runaway and homeless youth programs.

The 2019 Summit will be held at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill Hotel in Washington, DC. We have secured group discount pricing for the additional night at the hotel for those who want to attend the CHT  training. Regardless of whether or not you are attending the CHT training, we strongly encourage all attendees to stay at the Hyatt Regency to take advantage of the group rate. The hotel sells out during the Summit each year so book your room early. For those who are local to the Washington, DC area, parking is available at the hotel and the Hyatt is conveniently located within a few blocks from Union Station for those wanting to take metro rail.

About the Summit

what to know
The sixth annual National Summit on Youth Homelessness in Washington, DC will be held March 18 – 19, 2019. This one-of-a-kind event focuses exclusively on how government agencies, policymakers, young leaders, service providers and other experts can partner together to prevent and respond to youth homelessness.
The Summit offers the chance to learn about federal policy developments in the current political environment of both the U.S. Congress and the Administration. NN4Y will facilitate our annual discussion among federal agencies to learn more about their own work to address youth homelessness and encourage them to take targeted and systemic actions. This promises to be an interactive and dynamic two-day event.
