LSA Export Update
Thank you for your patience as we work through this first LSA submission process. Our IT department is currently watching all running exports. We also have our development team making code changes to optimize the export process.
Please enter a case into the Customer Community for further assistance and our technical support team will respond promptly. To expedite the investigation process please include the user running the report, export name, COC Code, Scope, and date range in your case description. If your export ends in a status of "Error", please click on the magnifying glass next to that record and it will show in the Error box the provider data quality issues to be resolved. It will list the provider ids and missing required HUD Data Elements. We have included a list of error messages below.

Federal Partner Funding Source Name Is Null - Labeled in text as "Invalid Provider Federal Partner Funding Source Program ID"
Issues with accessing HDX, uploading to HDX, etc. should be directed to HUD. If you get an error report after uploading your zip file to HDX, please download the PDF document and attach the case in Customer Community for review.
The LSA export specifications can be found in the Customer Community Library along with the upcoming deadlines and other helpful information.
