To make homelessness rare, brief, and one-time, we have to work toward ending it with sustainability in mind. We've identified strategies to help support sustained success as communities achieve the goal of ending Veteran homelessness and as they pursue an end to homelessness for other populations.
  






Newly Updated Tool Helps Track Progress in Ending  Veteran Homelessness




Federal partners have updated the Master List Template and Benchmark Generation Tool to help communities strengthen their by-name lists and measure progress toward achieving the goal of ending Veteran homelessness.
