AIRS Taxonomy Update Scheduled for 12/19/2018
The AIRS Taxonomy update for your ServicePoint site has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 19th at 4:00am(CST).
You can find an AIRS Taxonomy crosswalk and information on how updating the AIRS taxonomy affects your site via the Customer Community. Once logged into the Customer Community, click on "Libraries", then proceed to the HACS AIRS Taxonomy library to find the relevant information.
This Taxonomy update will also be applied to CommuntyPoint 5 sites on Wednesday, December 19th. While your CommunityPoint site will remain online and available, some service-related functionality may work intermittently while the update is being performed.
